The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. the rooms are modernly furnished and well-maintained. the breakfast offered in the hotel was delicious and a good variety of options were available.
The sound insulation is not very good and there is noise from the street that can be heard. the staff is not very friendly and welcoming.

very kind staff collborative, ready anytime to provide assistant even it is not of their own responsibilties, realy i've enjoyed my stay their at your hotel and of course I'll do it in the future anytime when visiting Lebanon.
one of the annoying thing, we have notice a change in the breakfast menue during the stay of norweigean team, which showed a kind of not respecting all your guests that they dont deserve that before, which of course was not good from my point of view, also more control on the staff in the kitchen and train them that every thing should be available and do not wait if somebody ask for it it will be provided.

Hotel and room nicely equipped, room with balcony.
Doors noisy when closing (can hear other rooms doors opening and closing) and generally room very noisy with open balcony (traffic). Ventillation of room not very good, air-conditioning seemed to be out-of use for long time so didnt try it (ac was working!).

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Brbar restaurant and within walking distance to Hamra street, the center of the downtown area. Plus, there were convenient transportation options nearby.
Hard to think of anything negative.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the bustling Hamra district, making it easy to explore the lively streets and nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy a pleasant walk to Brbar restaurant, which is just a stone's throw away. the hotel is close to the vibrant Hamra street, offering a plethora of shops, cafes, and entertainment options.
The hotel lacks some modern facilities, such as a rooftop bar, which could have enhanced the overall experience.

Good location next to Hamra street. Great resturants everywhere. Staff was helpful. Good Lebanese breakfast with room. Nice pool on the roof. Not exactly what I am use to for a 4 star hotel in other parts of the world, but I guess for Lebanon, it was fine,
Ac only on when you are in the room so if you are gone all day it is really hot and takes time to cool down. They don't have non smoking rooms. Very noisy. Cars on the road honk all night. Take your ear plugs.

Great location, friendly staff and nice amenities. The hotel is in a prime location, close to all the main attractions of the city. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Room amenities were also nice, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
Dirty rooms, noisy street and unclean breakfast room. Unfortunately, we found the rooms to be quite dirty and in need of a good clean.

Near to city center, shopping area, restaurants, transportation.Nice rooms Friendly staff. We had a problem with the toilet, they fixed it right away after we complained.
Narrow restaurant. Long time to replace the empty dishes during breakfast time (may be due to full reservation during vacation time). Street noise

Very convenient location, helpful staff
It's not about something I didn't like, but the hotel is definitely not 4 stars. At best 3 stars, but it's decent
